Layout - Home Grown

Good Morning :)

Today I am sharing my August Page kit layout - Home Grown.

Unusually for me there is no mixed media on this layout! The gorgeous papers and embellishments were just gorgeous on their own.

The star of this layout is my youngest son, Alix. A couple of years ago his Nana gave him a few seed potatoes to plant in the garden. A few months later with the help of Daddy, Alix had a good crop of potatoes.

The die cuts were used to create a focal cluster next to the photo, some were raised on foam dots to add dimension.

Two more smaller clusters were added to keep the balance of the layout.

The Title stickers are from the August Add on kit and the cute gnome was fussy cut from one of the journal cards in the kit.

I added a journal card for the journaling which I will write later (I don't like my handwriting lol!)

So that is my August layout, I had enough kit left to decorate my planner and make a cute mini album!

C4E Shop News - August Page Kit

Good Morning :)

It's a new month and time for another Page kit :)

This month's page kit is called Home Grown and features products from Simple Stories Bloom and Grow collection.

The papers are all doublesided featuring bold stripes and pretty florals. 

There is a 12x12" double sided sheet of 3x4" journal cards all with cute quotes and images.

 The embellishments this month are a selection of the printed die cuts (Bits and Pieces) from the collection. Each kit has approx 10 diecuts selected from the ones shown. Pieces will vary between kits.

The kits include a project sheet to complete the feature layout - Home Grown

This month there is a Add on kit. The kit includes a 12x12" sheet of alpha stickers which has 4 different fonts and gorgeous word stickers, and a full pack of Simple Stories self adhesive Brads (13 brads in 3 sizes)

Crafts 4 Eternity July Page kit

 Good Morning :)

The July Page kit is now available from the C4E Store.

The kit is called Friends and features romantic papers from Kaisercrafts Always and Forever collection

The embellishments in the kit include Hessian ribbon, a Kaisercraft rose and wood leaf.

As always there is a project sheet to complete the feature layout "Friends"

May Personal Planner Decorating

Good Morning :)

I am back today to share my decorated planner inserts from my personal planner.

The insert I have decorated is a week on two pages, these are my own design.

I have used fussy cut dots from the Make it Happen paper in the May page kit to decorate the top and bottom of the inserts.

The checklist stickers are a free download from my planner envy There are lots of gorgeous free sticker downloads there :)

The word banners are my own design printed on to cardstock. I created a selection of colours and text and they all now live in a divided storage box ready for future decorating.

That's it from me today I will be working on some more projects using the May Page kit and will share as soon as they are completed.

May Carpe Diem Planner Decorating

Good Morning :)

This month I have used some of the May Page kit to decorate my planner pages.

First up is some pocket love :) I filled the Carpe Diem pockets with various diecuts from Kaisercrafts Finders Keeps collection and one of the fringe hearts from the May kit. In the top pocket I added a calendar card and journal card from the subscriber gift pack. I had a cute pink and aqua owl clip which I added to hold one of the rubber banners from the kit.

For my month on two pages I have cut out some of the gorgeous clouds from the Simple Stories Fist Bump paper and stuck them to the bottom of the page. From the Simple stories Make it Happen paper I cut out a few of the dots to decorate the top of the page. 

I've filled some of the squares with pattern paper and added a few random number stickers (Carpe diem).

I've used the Gold Thickers from the May add on kit for the month title and a few of the text stickers from the Simple Stories sticker sheet (May add on) along with a little gold glitter washi tape.

My little banner stickers are white stickers coloured with Copics and Distress Markers and cut to size, a bit fiddly but it meant I had a better colour match.

The last insert is a general month overview with to do lists, goals and birthdays/events. 

For this insert I made a little cloud template and cut clouds from the Maggie Holmes Spring paper.

The title banners I created myself on my computer. 

So that's it for my Carpe Diem planner this month, I don't generally decorate my weekly pages in this planner I tend to decorate my personal planner more :)

Crafts 4 Eternity May Page kit ~ Happy Together

Good Morning :)

The May Page kit was released this week in the Crafts 4 Eternity store.

Happy Together is a bright kit featuring products from Maggie Holmes and Simple Stories.

The papers have pretty clouds, bold text, watercolour dots and fringe effects!

The embellishments include a gorgeous fringe heart and cute rubber banner.

Included in the kit is a project sheet with instructions to complete the feature layout ~ Happy Together

The layout features fringed papers, fussy cut dots and stickers from the add on kit.

There are 2 add on kits this month, add on #1 includes lots of alpha stickers and two rubber tags from Maggie Holmes.

Add on #2 has one sheet of the Simple Stories alpha stickers.

Page kits and add on are all available in the store now.

I will be back tomorrow with some planner inspiration using the May Page kit!
