Ok I know!!!...... I haven't posted all week!! I have been busy crafting and have lots to share but time has just run away again and it's Sunday again and time for the C4E sketch challenge!! My card was made for a family member who celebrates his 70th birthday this month. I Made the invites for his celebration a couple of months ago. I have used the same sail boat digital stamp (as yet unreleased!) Coloured using watercolours and H2O's.
I have kept the design clean and simple using few embellishments. The life ring embellishment was made from a circle of card with some Aida thread wrapped around it. The greeting is computer generated.
For this card I decorated the inside of the card too, loosely following the sketch again.
