Merry and Bright Christmas Layout

Good Morning :)
I am back today to share the December feature layout Merry and Bright.
All the kit details can be found on the post below and kits are available HERE

The layout uses products in both the main Page Kit and the Add-On kit.
I've used a cheeky photo of my boys taken in 2009, there was a lot of colour in the photo so I changed it to black and white using Paintshop Pro.

I added a splattering of Fired Brick Distress ink to the crisp white cardstock background which still leaves lots of white space but gave it that finishing touch.

The kit includes a selection of lovely printed die cuts (will vary between kits) I have used one of the journal cards and the gift stack both of which have pretty foil details.
I've used a few of the stickers from the Add-On Kit and a few enamel dots from my stash.

I think my favourite element in the kit has to be the gorgeous decorative clip! The clips vary between the kits and are all gorgeous! The little elf was just perfect for my naughty elves LOL!
I have enough goodies left to decorate my planner or make a few Christmas cards (I really need to get some cards made!!)

I am teaching at the C4E crop tomorrow we will be making a cute Mini Wreath Christmas tree decoration using sparkly net and macrame rings!
Are you crafting this weekend?
Have a fabulous weekend thanks for stopping by!

Little Pumpkin Layout

Good Morning :)
I am back today with the November Page Kit Layout.
Page kits and Add on kits are available from the C4E store HERE
Kit details can also be found in this post

I love the papers in this months kit's it's hard to single out a favourite one!

I started with a 4x6" photo and created layers of pretty papers to compliment it. The blue in the papers was a perfect match for the hint of blue in the photo.

I wanted the decorative clip to sit nicely on the layout so I raised a layer of paper using 3d foam dots.

I stamped the little fox on to cardstock using Stazon ink and coloured him with Prismacolor pencils.

I have a little paper left over to decorate my planner or make a couple of autumn cards, maybe even another layout :)

I like a few colouring mediums Distress inks, watercolours and Copics, my favourite at the moment are the Prismacolor pencils.
What's your current favourite colouring medium?

Thanks for stopping by have a great weekend

Perfect Fit Layout

Good Morning :)
I am back today to share the Crafts 4 Eternity October Page kit layout Perfect Fit.
Kits are available HERE along with a few remaining Add-on kits.

The You Got This 12x12" pattern paper in this kit determined the design of the layout.
I wanted the gorgeous floral image as part of the design so I cut this piece first, the centers of the flowers have gold foil detail so had to feature on the layout.

The layout came together quite quick after that decision :)

I chose a journal card from the 12x12" sheet which fit with my pre wedding/sewing theme and added diecuts from the kit, a brad (Add-on kit), sequins and two word stickers to complete the cluster.

The "Honey" girl was added with 3D foam dots and a small cluster of diecuts, brad, sequins and word stickers where added behind to frame the photo.

The Chipboard scissors from the Add-on kit were a perfect finish to the layout combining the sewing/pre wedding theme.

The sewing/wedding theme is quite a normal theme to have for a layout, most people will have dress fitting photos to scrap, but what is the most unusual theme combination you have scrapped?

Have a great day thanks for stopping by
