Nope Not Today Scrapbook Layout

Good Morning :)
I am back today with the Crafts 4 Eternity's March Feature Layout
Kits are available HERE and include instructions to complete the layout.

The page kit includes a full sheet of Simple Stories #whatever stickers which are fabulous!
I used lots of the stickers from the kit and the March Add-On kit

I used two of the journal card elements cutting out the circle "Don't Care" element to tuck under the photo.

The enamel dot are from the March 2016 Add-On kit

I really enjoyed making this layout I don't usually use so many stickers!
Is there an embellishment you don't use much on your layouts?
Have a fabulous weekend thanks for stopping by

February Page Kit ~ Adore

Good Morning :)
The February Page kit is now available from the C4E Store
I've chosen gorgeous products from Simple Stories Love and Adore collection to celebrate the month of love!
The feature layout is called Adore and stars my baby boy Marley :)

I kept the layout quite simple this month and didn't use any mixed media!!

There is a central paper cluster with the photo sitting on top. Underneath this there is a strip of gorgeous XO's

I have added chipboard pieces and enamel dots from the Adore Add-On kit
to the embellishments n the kit to create embellishment clusters across the page.

I have enough pieces left over to make a card or two and decorate my planner too!
I love stretching a kit as far as I can creating as many projects as I can :)
Kits are available HERE along with a few past kits and some new Media kits.

I will be working on next weekends Craft Club workshop getting messing with rust!
Are you crafting this weekend?
Have a wonderful weekend thanks for stopping by!

Strength Layout

Good Morning :)
Happy New Year!
The Crafts 4 Eternity January Page kit is now available from the store HERE.
The kit is called Strength and features papers from Kaisercraft's Barber Shoppe collection.
The feature layout is called Strength and the kit includes instructions to complete this layout.

I liked the rustic shabby chic feel of the wood paper so used this as the background for the layout.
I distressed all the edges creating a more wood like feel to it.

The photo is of my nephew having a go at removing a rather stubborn tree stump it took a lot of effort to get those out!

Ater creating a paper cluster for the photo to sit on I flicked white and black Gesso over the page.

The Alpha stickers, word sticker and enamel dots are from my stash. I used quite a lot of enamel dots!

I used the embellishments in the kit to create one main embellishment cluster.
I have no problem using flowers and lace on a masculine layout!

That's all from me today :)
Do you use flowers on a masculine layout?
Thanks for stopping by have a great day!

Merry and Bright Christmas Layout

Good Morning :)
I am back today to share the December feature layout Merry and Bright.
All the kit details can be found on the post below and kits are available HERE

The layout uses products in both the main Page Kit and the Add-On kit.
I've used a cheeky photo of my boys taken in 2009, there was a lot of colour in the photo so I changed it to black and white using Paintshop Pro.

I added a splattering of Fired Brick Distress ink to the crisp white cardstock background which still leaves lots of white space but gave it that finishing touch.

The kit includes a selection of lovely printed die cuts (will vary between kits) I have used one of the journal cards and the gift stack both of which have pretty foil details.
I've used a few of the stickers from the Add-On Kit and a few enamel dots from my stash.

I think my favourite element in the kit has to be the gorgeous decorative clip! The clips vary between the kits and are all gorgeous! The little elf was just perfect for my naughty elves LOL!
I have enough goodies left to decorate my planner or make a few Christmas cards (I really need to get some cards made!!)

I am teaching at the C4E crop tomorrow we will be making a cute Mini Wreath Christmas tree decoration using sparkly net and macrame rings!

Little Pumpkin Layout

Good Morning :)
I am back today with the November Page Kit Layout.
Page kits and Add on kits are available from the C4E store HERE
Kit details can also be found in this post

I love the papers in this months kit's it's hard to single out a favourite one!

I started with a 4x6" photo and created layers of pretty papers to compliment it. The blue in the papers was a perfect match for the hint of blue in the photo.

I wanted the decorative clip to sit nicely on the layout so I raised a layer of paper using 3d foam dots.

I stamped the little fox on to cardstock using Stazon ink and coloured him with Prismacolor pencils.

I have a little paper left over to decorate my planner or make a couple of autumn cards, maybe even another layout :)

I like a few colouring mediums Distress inks, watercolours and Copics, my favourite at the moment are the Prismacolor pencils.
What's your current favourite colouring medium?

Thanks for stopping by have a great weekend
