C4E recipe challenge #130 ~ Heavy Metal

Good Morning everyone :)

We have a new challenge today at Crafts 4 Eternity.....

HEAVY METAL

We would like to see projects that feature some kind of metal.

Our sponsor this week Sassy Studio Designs has kindly donated 4 images from their gorgeous collection for one randomly selected winner.

 

My card this week uses papers from Kaiserkraft, I have added a little stamped script to the back paper and edges all the pieces with some gold paint and stickles.

The image is a freebie from Beccys place some time ago. Coloured with Distress inks and Stickles.

For my Metal element I added some small nails with glossy accents, I was surprised that the stayed attached lol!

I'm hoping for a quiet weekend after last weeks classes and afternoon on the beach!

It was Weston's Air day so we spent the afternoon watching the Red Arrows and other amazing planes on the beach. A little windy but I did manage to get some great photos of the planes and the boys! I learnt a few things about my DSLR too!

Sunday was C4E's monthly crop and workshops, we had a lovely day with paints, inks, cake and coffee!

C4E recipe challenge #129 - Spots and Stripes

Good Morning :)

Well it's not a bright sunny morning but it isn't raining which is good lol!

Today there is a new challenge over at Crafts 4 Eternity ....

SPOTS and STRIPES

We would like you to share any project that features both spots and stripes on it.

 My card this week is quite simple, I've used strips of DP's from Fancy Pants "The Good Life" collection

and layered them on to some white card.

I stamped a Bo Bunny arrow, which didn't take very well on the raised pieces and added some Stickles to the edges.

 The alphas are from My Minds Eye.

I am teaching two classes at the Crafts 4 Eternity crop on Sunday!

C4E Recipe challenge #128 ~ Button Candy

Good morning everyone :)

Thanks again for the lovely comments, Hopefully I'll get back into the swing of blog hopping soon and come visit you soon :)

I have my DT card for Crafts 4 Eternity's Recipe challenge to share today.

This weeks challenge is a colour recipe called Button Candy!

I have used Kaisercraft's Lilac Avenue papers for my card this week. (yum!)

All the edges have been painted with White Picket Fence Crackle paint, silver paint and Stickles.

 The little sentiment flag is a Crafts 4 Eternity design. These are only available at the C4E classes at the moment, if you would like them to be added to the website let me know :)

For The boys - C4E recipe challenge #127

Hello everyone :)

It's time for a new challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity, this week we would like you to share your male themed projects with us.

 

The prize up for grabs is donated by Crafts 4 Eternity and is a choice of 3 digital stamps from the

 C4E collection.

 

I have used the Gotch ya! Digital stamps from C4E for my card this week.

The background is stamped with an IndigoBlu stamp called Bubbles Background and distress inks.

I've coloured the image with Distress inks, H2O's and Stickles.

I should have used a different green for the lily pad really, maybe he's a camouflage frog lol!

 

 To finish I've added flatback gems, lots of stickles, a stamped sentiment from Bo Bunny and diecut leaves.
